Our experience with AKM was smooth and about as easy as frustrating house repairs come. I initially contacted him about repairing some siding corner pieces that were damaged from the derecho in 2020. We had reached out to several other contractors in Eastern Iowa over the course of 2020-2021 to get bids and all of them either didn't get back to us or quoted incredibly high, wanting to replace our entire west-facing siding.
